There was nowhere to park at the front of reception just a slip lane into the underground car park sat pressing the speaker intercom that didn’t work there where no clear instructions ,couldn’t hear any response after a few minutes ended up parking there and just walked into reception after that staff where very helpful.

The room was freezing and loud and the heating didn't work properly so the stay was uncomfortable.. The scent in the foyer is overpowering to the point of needing to leave the space. Bathroom drains smelt.

Proximity to a family event in East Malvern

The access cards to the lift. We had family on 3 different floors and could not move between those floors without going to ground and meeting someone from the floor to grant us access
