The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished, providing all the comforts I needed for a relaxing stay.

The staff was attentive, the room was comfortable and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. Perfectly located for exploring the area. The beach was very nice and the all inclusive food was very satisfying.

Excellent! A buffet full of great choices, even for vegeterians!

Emplacement super! Directement sur la plage et à 15min en bus de Rethymnon. Nous avions 2 chambres normales où le lit était très très dur et une chambre supérieur ou la literie était plus confortable. Personnel aux petits soins autant au restaurant, que les dames de ménages et particulièrement Goergia au bar! Le buffet est varié vous trouverez toujours quelque chose qui vous plaît, les coktails sont bons mais ça reste de coktails d'un all inclusive (en terme d'alcool, pas le meilleur et en petite quantité). L'entrée dans l'eau se fait facilement si vous avez des chaussures d'eau! Les transats sont conforts et malgré le fait que certain laisse leur serviette toute la journée nous avons toujours trouvé de la place!

Great Location and very nice staff but.... Nice small pool but .... nice bar but ....

On the day we arrived (exactly 9.30 pm) and we had lost the entire day of enjoying the hotel, we rushed to the dinning area to see if we could get some food and we were told that it would have to be just a sandwich. We were very dissapointed as the buffet was still on display and we could have had some of it. In the end, they let us have some fish and rice leftovers. Another day, we were going to miss on lunch and asked for the packed lunch (a horrible sad sandwich with just one slice of ham) so the day after where we were going to miss lunch, we decided to prepare our own sandwiches at breakfast, which was then taken away from us and thrown in the bin. I accept that food cannot be taken to the room but it was meant to be our lunch, which we were going to miss plus their packed lunch was pretty rubbish for an all inclusive resort. The pool is small and clean but ruined by all the German tourists smoking like chimneys next to you, it was disgusting. The bar was nice but the snack selection was .... no selection. Just pizza and chips, sometimes only chips and ice cream (just 2 flavors!). Not great for an all inclusive hotel. The buffet was clean and OK, but the selection at lunchtime and dinner was nothing impressive and very repetitive. The rooms were clean but they didn't replenish the soap and shampoo daily so we had to go to the shops to buy some.
