Margarida is a FABULOUS host! She’s kind, generous, and knowledgeable! Beautiful property. The kitchen staff is also fabulous and breakfast was a pure delight every morning. Shout out to George the chef!

"Great location, phenomenal breakfast and excellent service!"

Location was excellent for getting around Porto. Safe and secure. Adorable little garden apartment with a loft bed for our 12 yr old daughter. The breakfasts were to die for!!! What a spread…pastries, yogurts, meats, cooked eggs, fruit plates, coffee, cereal. Just excellent. The chef was so kind. We had an issue with our AC not working and we messaged the owner and she was on it. She brought in a portable AC unit and got us comfortable. Very kind and very helpful. There is a baggage storage so we could check out but leave our bags until 4pm when we caught our train. Also a cute little rooftop dipping pool we used on a very hot day.

"Amazing stay perfect location"

Breakfast was out of this world. It felt like such an intimate experience. Still dreaming about the croissants. George was amazing. The apartment was spacious and perfect. We had a travel cot for our daughter and it was lovely.

Everything! The staff were so hospitable and friendly and the breakfast each morning was sublime. The location truly cannot be beat as it’s close to everything! The fact we could walk everywhere was key

"Casa Cativo was the perfect place to stay for our last weekend in Porto!"

Nice room amenities: shutters, nice coffee maker and lots of pods, comp still and sparking water and 4m high ceilings. The breakfast was very nice. The pool, while small, was refreshing on hot days. Location near SAO Bento and the 500 bus is good to get around.
