Casa do Cativo

A peaceful haven in a busy city. Porto is all about walking & sightseeing with all the hustle and bustle that is a city break. Walking through the door of the Casa there is immediate calm, perfect to recharge. We loved the well thought out room, its eclectic Art, Mini kitchen well equipped for a mini stay and the fact we had a garden view added to the tranquility. The breakfast room is just as unique with friendly staff producing a lovely fresh breakfast each morning. Loved the lounge area with grand piano and the Library in the roof of the Casa is well worth visiting with its cosy sofas and roof top views. There are some appreciative touches fresh own bottle water each day , milk for tea, coffee machine and local bathroom toiletries. Margarida is an exceptional host she helped out with the taxis and the welcome information was clear and easily understood.

Locația este excelentă. Foarte curat, micul dejun preparat cu atenție. Personalul atent si amabil.

Accesul se face pe baza de key codes, si destul de anevoios pentru întrare., dar am apreciat faptul ca ne-a conferit siguranta. Nu este un inconvenient , in cele din urma.

Das Zimmer war modern ausgestattet und zugleich sehr gemütlich.

Beautiful house, and room, particularly loved the luxurious bathroom. Lots of thoughtful touches everywhere. Very welcoming staff, excellent breakfast, great location. A gem.
