Stayed at a newly renovated room at American Inn and Suites in Port O' Connor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Check-in at the front desk was a breeze, and manager Sam Patel was exceedingly gracious, providing great customer service, even calling to let me know I had left something in the room after check-out. Will be returning!

Not clean enough. Bed linens were old and worn. So we're the towels. None smelled or looked particularly clean.

We needed a place to stay for just one night. W were in town for an event. This place is in bad shape. You could tell from the moment we walked in. Around 600, we were awaken from something crawling in the ceiling. It was loud, and the ceiling had sagging spots. Not knowing what it was and if it would fall through the ceiling, we packed up and left. You could hear it walking back and forth. There was not another floor above us and it was not on the roof. For the price of this place, expected more. Never again!
