American Inn and Suites

Our stay was great once again. The owners are excellent and helpful. Its a great place to stay when coming to port O Connor for fishing. They have electrical hookups to back your boat into to charge your batteries for the next day. Most excellent and convenient! We always love our stay.

A little older hotel but exceptionally clean. Easy to find

Late check-in better than expected. Good guy place to stay. Comfy bed, cold AC and good hot shower. Cathy's may have the best fried shrimp I have had anywhere. Fresh, large (two bites each) and tasty breading.

Hotel is pretty rough. Missing trim board inside bathroom, could use paint all over. Hadkind of a musty smell. Still Ok for a fisherman to sleep in for the night. A little effort on owner part would go a long way.

Clean but dirty looking rough towels

Owner was really nice. Room was clean. Pretty much as expected - not a luxury hotel, by a long way, but fine for a place to sleep on a trip to the coast. Will probably stay there again.

Room had a odor to it. Carpet didnt look too clean. Counter staff were really nice and professional.

Clean and basic room with all necessary amenities - fridge, microwave and coffee maker. 3-bed set-up was perfect for fishing group. We were literally one block away from dock with our guide's boat.
