Easy Reach

The property was in a fab location and had on site parking. The property was decorated to a high standard and had lovely soft furnishings which made it feel very cosy, especially after a long day of climbing the Lakes hills and mountains. The property also had sky tv which was a nice touch but the biggest bonus was that this property was dog friendly!

There was nothing I didn't like.

Location was excellent & had a parking space right at the front door which was a bonus. Ideal for a couple or single person. Entry process with the digital lock was good. Furniture in lounge was comfortable.

Although the bed was comfortable, it could have been bigger. We felt that the edge of the bed was only a couple of inches away all the time. The shower was powerful enough, plenty of hot water, but it could do with a panel to stop the water soaking the floor. As someone who is disabled, this is a potential slip hazard. Bathroom fittings were loose, and the mirror did not light up when switched on. The radiator in the bathroom did not work, and the oven would not heat up. Television in bedroom had practically no signal.

Sink in the bathroom was blocked Fittings in the bathroom such as toilet roll holder were loose and coming away from the wall Bathroom floor was very slippery after having a shower , no extra mats provided Extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work

Stylish and comfortable. Comfy beds and quality towels.

Very central location and the property was very well equipped, clean and comfortable.

Only thing we found was that the tv in the bedroom was unusable due to what looked like reception issues. This was only a minor thing and did not affect our overall enjoyment of our stay.
