The property is in the centre of Ambleside where there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops. Having private parking is a bonus although it can be tight if you are driving a large car. Access to the property is by a smart key lock which was very convenient. The property was clean and comfortable. There were some previous negative reviews about the bed but we found the bed to be comfortable. The wet room shower will make the floor wet but we brought an absorbent cloth which easily cleared the floor. The extractor in the shower room was not working (this was reported) however we opened the window which cleared the room. After exploring different parts of the Lake District during our stay, it was good to be able to relax in the comfort of Easy Reach.
