John&Julie are great hosts.The breakfast sets you up for the day.The rooms are clean and tidy,we had room 9, there are tea, coffee, water and biscuits in your room.There is a small bar, which is nice to chat to other guests on a night. John &Julie thanks for a great stay.

Bed comfortable and shower was warm once I’d figured out the settings. John and Julie were brilliant hosts, very welcoming on arrival and showed me where to park and gave me the required permit. The breakfasts were legendary - cereal, juices and tea/coffee followed by a full English cooked to order. The perfect way to set you up for day exploring the North Yorkshire coast!

Very clean hotel, great location, hosts couldn't do enough for us Breakfast was amazing Would recommend

Bathroom was a little small so would get a bigger room next time but it was fully booked and we got the last room so can't complain
