Hotel Condon

The hotel is an unexpected gem, not fancy but very nice. Gracious, comfortable and thoughtful. We were coming in late and they left our key in an envelope with excellent instructions… there’s an ice machine!!!! And great coffee in the am. I’m definitely coming back!

By far the best accomodations in the area.

I really enjoyed how well maintained this hotel is for a hotel built in 1918. It is very cute and i will definitely stay at this historical landmark again. If you enjoy history or unique places to stay this is your place.

A comfortable and delightful place to stay. Kind of a cross between a B and B and an hotel. Liked the elevator, second floor sitting area with games, common fridge and microwave down the hall, Joseph! Would stay again and hope to do more travels through that area of Oregon

Finally I got my overnight stay in this historic hotel and I was so very pleased with it! Doing so just before the beginning of the summer travellers was a definite plus for us. We were 1 couple of only one other group of travellers. We had the hotel to ourselves. We were on the 2nd floor and they were on the 3rd floor. How cool was that! The room was very clean and welcoming. The shower and soft and nice-smelling towels and toiletries available were great! Our continental breakfast in the awesome dining room was fantastic! We shared our time there with the other guests. And Joseph at the front desk is very welcoming and the perfect host! I truly enjoyed my one night's stay!

Proprietor of the property was very friendly, helpful and gracious. The property itself is a historic charm but with that comes the squeaky floors from the room above, the AC unit that isn’t sealed in the window allowing cold air (at 40 degrees) to flow in all night and the needs to be replaced (or seriously cleaned) carpet. The town closes up by 6:30 pm except the Elks club so be prepared by eating ahead, bringing what you need or heading on over to the Elks. The countryside is beautiful and as scenic as it comes! Just request a top floor room or bring ear plugs.

There is a pleasant atmosphere and it feels like you are going back in time. The lady who checked us in was very kind. I highly recommend coming to the area and staying at the hotel. The area has very special views.This is my second visit here.

Nostalgic area with friendly and efficient staff. Love the cute room and special little details to make us feel at home! Also a cool history book provided about the county with photos of the hotel from the 1920’s and there’s a nice sitting area in the center of our floor with a fire place, coffee, couches, board games, refrigerator and microwave. Comfortable place to relax and hang out with family and friends. Looking forward to another visit soon!
