"Amazing property out in the country."

The grounds were beautiful. We sat outside in the afternoon and just soaked up the sun. They also do a really great breakfast. The verbal instructions on how to get to the property were excellent. The map picture wasn’t super easy to understand so I am including our walking path as that may help others.

It would have been nice to have a mini bar as there are no bars/pubs close by. We were walking the Cotswolds Way and didn’t want to walk another couple of miles for snacks and beverages.

Breakfast was a great traditional English, with fried bread! Plus yoghurts, cereals, jams and honey. Very comprehensive. the room was very comfortable with great views! Location was ok, as I was walking the Cotswolds Way.

When booking, it would have been helpful to know that there was a kitchenette outside my room, where I could have microwaved a readymeal etc. as, being a walker, it was a fair way to the nearest pub after walking all day. The guesthouse doesn't offer an evening meal, so I had to bring a pot noodle with me. Knowing about the kitchette would have enabled me to buy a readymeal and heat it up in the evening.
