I've stayed at the Residence Inn Downtown Tulsa a twice now, for business, and it continues to stand out—not just for the comfort of the property, but for the people who make the experience truly memorable. This visit, I was upgraded to a 1-bedroom suite thanks to my Ambassador status, and it was a very nice surprise. The room itself is spacious and well thought out, especially by Residence Inn standards. Having a separate living area, bedroom, and a full kitchen with an oven makes a big difference when you're staying more than a night or two. But the real highlight of this stay was the front desk agent, Betty. Not only did she remember me from my previous visit, which is a rare and welcome kind of personal touch; but she also went way above and beyond during this trip. I had to handle something off-site overnight and ended up losing track of time. The next day was checkout, I was still off-site and I hadn't yet extended my reservation and the hotel was fully booked. I spoke with Betty who took it all in stride. I explained the situation once, and she said she’d take care of it. True to her word, later that day I received a simple text: not only was I still booked in the hotel, I was staying in the exact same room. No long back-and-forth, no hour-long phone calls, just proactive, thoughtful service. This is what brings guests back. Not the size of the TV or the toiletries in the bathroom, but genuine, problem-solving hospitality from someone who actually cares. Betty delivered the best customer service experience I’ve had—period. If you're considering a stay in Downtown Tulsa, Residence Inn should be on your list. And if you’re lucky, you’ll get to meet Betty.

The staff were super nice and friendly. The room was clean and the shower had a lot of hot water. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable, but the pillows were actually supportive and comfortable. The temperature of the room was nice and cold during the day but it was hot during the night, and I could not get the fan to stay on to circulate the air. The room was close to the stairwell and it was very loud throughout the night. Sometimes the bed and walls would shake from the people going up and down the stairwell and the doors opening and closing. The only gluten-free breakfast options were bacon, hard boiled eggs, oranges, and bananas. Parking costs an extra $16 a day. For the price, I expected more but it was convenient for a 1-night stay for a concert at the BOK Center which was only 2 blocks away and visible from the hotel. There were unfortunately a lot of visible homeless in the area.

The B.O.K. Center is close about a 3 block walk! The hotel and hotel staff were very helpful. Like any large city there were homeless people but they were no problem. There was a good police presence the night of the concert and throughout our stay. Would stay there again when in Tulsa!

Great location, new amenities, very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast.

I booked a 1 night, Studio, 1 King, Sofa bed, City view. My view was to the street since my room was on the first floor. Seems like my reservation did not contain the notes for City View because the clerk did not mention.

We went to events at the BOK Center and the Tulsa Performing Arts Center. It was a short walk to each of these places.

Excellent location for a BOK event. Very nice hotel,quiet and comfortable. The room was very nice and large.
