"Poor"

Said that booking.com cancelled the reservation when we arrived and that we didn’t have a room. It was confirmed on the booking.com app and the hotel had taken the money from my visa which I showed them. Instead of admitting they made a mistake they disappeared for 25 minutes then said they would “push us through”. When asking for compensation for the stress and time wasted they said they would email us… very sassy. Not great staff. Manager Lisa not accommodating. Betty was great!

"Stay here!"

Close to the BOK and Cox Centers downtown. Easy walk to either one. Lived having our own kitchenette. It was well-equipped. Betty at the front desk was AMAZING. Love. Love. LOVE HER! The only downgrade was the tile in my bathroom was loose. My friend’s room was perfect, so I’m going to assume that was a one-off.
