Residence Inn by Marriott Tulsa Downtown

The hotel was really nice. Check in although busy, was a breeze with smiling, friendly front personnel. Rooms were clean and spacious..pillows were too soft for my liking...nice bathroom..shower head was too high for me to adjust(I'm 5'1)..Breakfast was a plus..location was great for what we were in town for. You can here all the street traffic from room #111...But an overall great stay...9.5 stars for sure...

conceptually it's a great place. the breakfast was a pleasant surprise in terms of items and quality. but i was there 3 days and my room was never cleaned. also the front desk staff are nice but not the most helpful or engaging. like they are just doing a job. this could be improved.

The service was incredible

Beware if you are staying here for an event. What they don’t tell you, until the day of arrival when it’s past the free cancellation period, is that they don’t have enough parking for guests during events. If you do not arrive early, you will not get a parking space. They literally sent an email telling us we should uber if we want to leave at night, as the spaces would be full upon return. Hotel was clean, but overpriced. It’s close to BOK center, but not worth the additional parking fee and hassle. Shame on me for not reading the reviews.

Not walkable as we expected and homeless hanging around. some furniture taped.

The hotel is located at a decent downtown location, walkable to the arts district. It has a much classier lobby than most Residence Inns, and the staff were helpful. The breakfast selection was better than most similar hotels. It has its own outdoor parking lot. Check in advance to see if it will be full. You can't reserve a spot, but we had no problem. Pull up to the lobby (10 minute parking) and check in first. Your room key will let you into the lot. Our room was nice. Only downside was that Max didn't work, but we noticed that at other Marriott hotels on the same trip.
