Beautiful apartment right in the city centre, easy to access from nearby Baixa Chiado metro station which is on the same street just a short walk away. Lovely facilities, spacious for a family, soundproof walls so we couldn't hear street noise. Clean and easy to rest in after a journey.

Just that one of the shower switch didn't work from ceiling to handheld shower, and it was hard to figure out the lighting in the apartment initially,some switches didn't seem to operate anything. Breakfast was a nice touch, perhaps a variety of cereal and pastéis or other pastries would be welcome. I would love a welcome in person also but I understand that everything is remote and digital now. As we arrived late it took us a while to figure out getting in. For anyone's use, type in your entry code at the door. When the access shows green,firmly open and push the dark green door to walk in. Once in the lobby,Walk to your designated letterbox with your appt number, open it and inside the door you will see a small locker. Here,select the access code manually (turn the wheels) to unlock and grab your key.

Location, cleanliness, breakfast, staffs and appliances conplete. I love the veranda facing the center.

I didn’t like the main door. Not friendly. I had a hard time.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, decorado con excelente gusto.

Buongiorno, Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura due notti. Il punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione centrale per raggiungere comodamente gran parte delle attrazioni di Lisbona. L’appartamento era ampio. Buona e molto comoda la colazione che veniva consegnata il pomeriggio prima per la mattina seguente (pane, latte, frutta, yogurt, formaggio, prosciutto, succo di frutta, burro, marmellata…) A disposizione macchinetta del caffè con cialde. Comodissimo a un parcheggio coperto a pagamento a soli 50 m., da prenotare qualche giorno prima, perché a pochi posti a disposizione.

Sicuramente non è adatto a famiglie con bambini piccoli, sia in camera che in soggiorno c’erano delle ripide scale da scendere per aprire le finestre. Pulito ma non pulitissimo. Abbiamo fatto richiesta di 3 asciugamani viso , non ci sono stati consegnati (eravamo in 5 avevamo 2 asciugamani viso).

Il posto va bene, l'appartamento G3 è grande con 2 ottimi bagni (casa per 6 persone). La zona è centralissima e molto comoda. Colazione adeguata alle aspettative, bravi. Si potrebbe migliorare con le marmellate e gli affettati eventualmente. Bravi per la custodia bagagli al check out, molto bene.

Il residence ha problemi con gli ascensori. 2 su 2 fuori servizio mi sembra un po' eccessivo, a noi è capitato di sera e poi la mattina con le valigie in uscita, scendendo le scale. In salita, se fosse successo all'andata, sarebbe stato un problema.
