Great place to stay

It’s really good except the bad smell which makes a big problem. Other than that it’s an good stay option in Crescent City.

The facility seemed very on organized, somewhat rundown. The room itself wasn’t terrible in size however, the toilet was leaking all over the floor and the refrigerator was extremely noisy.

Don't Believe the Positive Reviews First comment - Nobody is in the office after hours. Just cameras and call on the phone. Be prepared - the county pays to house homeless families in this motel. No problems, except the loud talking on their phone as they smoked outside their rooms, and occasional loud cars. The owner comments are all the same and invalid. The condition of the rooms and facility should be known by the owner, and not require guest to try and contact him over the phone. Guest are not the Quality Control for your properties. Stayed here for a week. Only reason we stayed is they allow dogs. Room was not clean. The first day we drove to Wal-Mart and bought sheets, towels, and disinfectant so we wouldn't have to use the ones provided and could clean the room. The door did not have a safety catch. One portion was missing. A trip to the ACE hardware and we had some security. Road noise was coming from the poorly sealed door, jamming the door closed helped. The killer issue - The hair dryer in the bathroom was broken and actually spewed sparks when turned on. Not recommended. An option of last resort, very last.

The property is easy to find, quiet and economical. The front desk was very friendly and efficient. Great stay.

I made the reservation the night before I stayed late and I was able to get into the room before 11:00 the following morning great service friendly staff members it was a busy weekend also so it was pretty amazing to be able to get a room at such a short notice.

The bathroom was filthy, the tv had no volume and no air conditioning or heating. H

Very bad. Room stinks and smells cigarette. Bed dusty and linens are stained Toilet bowl is moving creepily and unsteady when you sit. Some lights and outlets are not working

In town and close to shopping and access to beach.
