There was a lot of construction on his property hanging on the wall through his direction 7 o’clock in the morning 6 o’clock at night and I booked for another night reasonable price accidentally booked the wrong date is it charging $68 to switch from the 10th to the 12th no, it’s just ridiculous so I got screwed out of a night . So not only did I have to deal with construction very poor service from Expedia. Thanks.

Recently painted. Room reeked of fumes and we had to inhale that all night long. Staff rude and unavailable and had to sit outside when we arrived for 20 minutes because she was on break.

Place was filthy, mold everywhere in the room and covering the mattress. Service wouldn’t give us towels. Had to buy own towels and bedding because so dirty. Floors were nasty they didn’t have proper sheets, no air conditioning and tv didn’t work. We

staff onsite was relatively friendly, however this hotel was the breeding ground for nefarious activity. It was filthy inside- there were high strung people outside with loud music parked in front of our room cleaning their cars (welcome to crescent city) and later a fist fight in the parking lot. For the small price of $175, I would venture to say keep looking.

You would feel safer and more comfortable sleeping in your automobile on the side of the road. Room was filthy and smelled terrible, horrible. No a/c which for cooling purposes was not necessary but it would have at least helped move the air to remove the old, smoky stench. There was a fan but it was dirty and had thick black dust on the fan blades. Do not book this room until you look at it and smell it in person. They wouldn’t give us our money back and hotels.com couldn’t help us either. We left anyway.

Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Looks like there are folks camping out at the end of the parking lot. Half dressed man wandering around. Hoping my car & contents are still there in the morning.

For the price it was a decent stay. My only issues were the *Black mold* in the bathroom, and the lack of any extra locks on the door. There was a deadbolt but only on the door, nothing to attach it to. The black mold definitely needs to be addressed. Also, the blankets are almost paper thin, and the pillows were hard and thin - so bring extra if you can.

This property is just fine for an inexpensive stay, was under the impression it was closer to the beach.
