the cleaning person did a great job

The place is filthy. Upon arrival we walk in my son, goes to use the restroom, toilet handle brakes filled all over the floors and the walls, dirty tub, the bedding, soiled and blood on it mildew underneath the sink I can go on and on would never recommend it, not even to my dog or a cockroach.

Was a little bit smelly room, also the water was on the floor under front window, kind big puddle.

the building is just ran down a little and there is not 24hr staff on sight. Using the computer to check in rather than a front desk person I really didn't like either.

While my expectations weren't high, I was disappointed to find dirty floors and paper-thin walls. This made it challenging to get a decent night's sleep after a tiring day of travel. I would suggest avoiding this place if possible.

the cleaning and counter person was very helpful and the key os at the office was not that helpful took longer than having a counter person help me

Rooms are dirty and in need of an update. First room assigned to me had dirt sheets, food in the fridge and a filthy bathroom, the air was thick with smoke. The staff was very friendly and changed rooms but room 2 still had dirty hand prints on the bathroom mirror and stained sheets.

The place looks ok from the outside. Once in the room you realize how run down it is. The door latch plate has been remounted to one side apparently ripped off at some time. The cabinet floor in the bathroom is destroyed by water, a little paint would go a long way. The toilet rocked on the floor. I had to pin the curtains so you could not see in from outside. The floor was sticky. The list goes on and on. If I wasn’t so tired from a long drive and only need one night I would have packed up and gone elsewhere. The ratings online are not realistic.
