La posizione e il balcone esterno

Poca attenzione del cliente: - Il personale che gestisce la struttura è molto indisponente e non comunica le informazioni base - si è lamentato dell utilizzo del wi fi nell area comune - non ha voluto fornire fattura (nonostante gli fosse stata chiesta 3 giorni prima). - la struttura ha una area comune per "accoglienza" dove il personale non vuole far appoggiare i clienti(!) 10 minuti post check out dalla camera diligentemente liberata - il personale fa lasciare i bagagli vicino la porta l uscita che è un area non custodita che possono essere presi da chiunque. La camera - ha un arredamento vecchio e sporco - il bagno puzza di scarico - il letto è scomodo - le chiavi delle stanze della struttura sono tutte uguali(quindi altri ospiti possono entrare nella mia stanza)

"Very central place to stay in Palermo."

This guest house is on the top floor of a building right in the heart of Palermo. Because of the noise outside on the street you think the room will be noisy, but the windows (and AC) block out the noise; it was miraculous. There was a small patio where we could sit out in the morning. The location is amazing.

There was a slight musty, unpleasant toilet smell in the room and in the bathroom.

Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt. Gut, dass es einen Aufzug gibt, um in den 5 Stock zu gelangen. Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft.
