B&B Vivere Palermo

Es gibt einen Balkon, den wir aufgrund des Wetters jedoch nicht nutzen konnten. Ein Fahrstuhl war vorhanden. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Fußgängerzone. Badezimmer ist ordentlich renoviert. Fenster besitzen richtig abdunkelbare Fensterläden.

Kein Besteck, kein zweiter Teller vorhanden. Deutsche Fernsehsender Mangelware. Kein Frühstücksangebot. Klassische Bäcker nicht in der Nähe zu finden. Touristenrummel vor der Haustür. Parkplatzsituation katastrophal, Parkhäuser entsprechend teuer.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Die Räume sind gross und der Balkon ist sehr schön.

Der Lift war leider sehr laut und man hörte ihn nachts immer wieder. Zudem wurde in der Unterkunft nebenan auch nach 21:00 Uhr noch laute Musik abgespielt, wodurch es sich teilweise so anhörte, als wäre die Musik direkt im Zimmer.

It was wery central, nice balcony , but small room.

The stuff was invisoble, just when we arriwed we saw him, no cleaning on room, they dont waste basket on room for 3 days, no toiletpaper, u have to buy that buy your self.

Great location right in the middle of all the action. Working elevator makers getting your luggage to your room a breeze. Nice balcony to sit out on and have a coffee to start your day

While the location is great, it is a quite lively street. With the balcony door open it may be too noisy for many. With it shut you are protected from that noise, so you are left to choose between fresh air or a good night's sleep.

Location

1. On arrival nobody answered the front doorbell, had to be let in downstairs by somody staying elsewhere. Person who checked us in said "maybe next time", no apology. Nobody was ever on front desk if you needed to ask for anything. 2. Light plug next to bed missing its housing, so you can touch the contacts, light fitting in bathroom dangling from ceiling with contacts exposed. Some lights in both rooms not working. 3. Did not collect the rubbish (really smelled), clean our room or change our bedding once in our 5 night stay. Ran out of toilet paper. 4. Came into our room once without warning, with a contractor, in the morning whilst I was in the shower and my partner was in bed to measure the curtains. 5. Reception is right next to the doors for the rooms, so you get woken up by people ringing the downstairs doorbell, which they don't answer, and people using the kitchen. 6. From the room we stayed in you could very loudly hear the top of the shaky squeaky lift going up and down all night.

Super Lage, in 15 min alles erreichbar, tolle Terrasse und für alle verfügbares Geschirr.für einen kleinen Snack. Allerdings befindet sich das Haus in der touristischen Hauptachse mit vielen Restaurants. Es ist bei offenen Fenster laut, mit geschlossenen und Klimaanlage nicht störend.

Wer viel Ruhe erwartet, ist hier falsch

Trotz der sehr lebhaften Via Marqueda ist es im 5. Stock ziemlich ruhig und man hat einen schönen Blick vom Balkon. Die Einrichtung ist modern und funktional.

Bei der Ankunft war der Aufzug kaputt und ich musste den schweren Koffer in den 5.Stock schleppen. Obwohl der Vermieter mir auf der Treppe entgegen kam, hielt er es nicht für notwendig mir zu helfen. Das fand ich schon sehr unhöflich.
