Grand Caporal Hotel

Front desk staff was not friendly or inviting. Seemed very short of staff. They lost our reservations it were able to supply a room anyway. You are not allowed to bring food into the resort but the ordering options are very limited, they do not even have phones in the rooms to order from the restaurant. You cannot charge anything to your room and have to pay for everything as you go, which if you are swimming, is inconvenient. Facilities seem to be outdated, rips in furniture, etc. Our toilet seat was broken, we requested to fix it but it never was.

It was ok!! An issue when checking in, I reserved 2 rooms and they were only showing 1 room, it handle at the end but my brother is a big guy and they couldn’t accommodate the other room with a full size or queen bed, they were 3 twins in his room!! Yesterday morning the pools were not clean early enough!! We were leaving at 11am and the second pool was not ready to use because of the chemicals!! They should do it early enough so that can people can enjoy the pool before leaving the hotel!! Restaurant was very nice!! The service was good, we only had dinner the day that we arrive and yesterday breakfast!!

One word; EXCELLENT!!

Las instalaciones son bonitas, pero el mobiliario de las habitaciones deben actualizarse, el internet no es muy funcional.

The property was very large with pools, kids playground etc. Rooms, restaurant, and the included breakfast buffet all were very good. I was on a very difficult trip and they allowed me an early check in which was very beneficial.d Thanks.

Lizard inside rooms,air conditioning units not working properly,shower condition very poor.
