Grand Caporal Hotel

The hotel lobby was as hot as a sauna. They should at least have AC in it. Front desk staff was answering phones and printing paper while I was standing sweating 😓 waiting for my room. She did not care. The room was smelly and cucarages all over the shower. Disgusting! Would not go back!

This time, was a better service and friendly.

Everything was Ok except the front desk. They don’t have any courtesy to the costumes.

As soon as we steped into our room, we wanted to unpack and relax, our first problem, air condition wasn't cooling, at the end (more than one our) we were move up to another room, later on, the toilet got clog, we were to tired to deal with that. We call next day, house keeping showed up, but she couldn't uncloged it, she said someone else was going to come but nobody did. We had to call one more time for the problem to be solved.

Awful bed, pillows were hard and way too thick, bugs in bed, no water in faucet in the morning and shower had no water pressure. It took 4 hours for the room to cool off with small air conditioner. Spiders and webs on the ceiling. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in, especially since it was the most expensive hotel I could find in the area. Do not recommend to anyone.
