This is absolute trash. Definitely under new owners who are too stingy to spend a dime in order to make this place liveable. A majestic property being run to the ground.

We stayed for one night and it was perfect for that. Great walking distance to Katoomba. We had a room with shared bathroom and it is quite dated and low on facilities but that was perfectly acceptable as the price was super cheap and we just used it as a place to sleep.

The staff were really friendly but the common areas were freezing cold and the queen bed in room 9 is so uncomfortable I hardly slept.
