The Matisse room is on the attic floor (unfortunately the other bigger rooms are full), spacious, clean, with a window that overlooks the beach on one side. Walking distance to everything. Friendly staff.

It’s the attic, so the window is a bit too high, can’t see anything from the window unless sitting in a very high chair. There are many restaurants on ground floor; the smell of the kitchen made it impossible to really open the window and enjoy the view unless you don’t mind having the greasy smell all over
