"The apartment has all that we needed. The building is old and needs some work and the interior of the apartment is a bit"

Great view of beach and access to the beach and market and 15 min walk to Nice Ville railway station to visit surrounding old towns. Well equipped kitchen including washing machine and drier

It was noisy. On the night we arrived the Ironman festivities and announcements boomed until after 1:00am and on our last day the Prom Swim noise started. There was also noise from people shouting/partying along the promenade at night and from the person upstairs I expect the noise from beach/promenade would not be so bad when there were no events such as Ironman but I had the impression that the beach/promenade is used quite a bit for events

"Perfect location in a gorgeous historic building."

My flight arrived early and the room was not ready but they let me quickly change clothes and leave my luggage. Wonderful historic building, the comfiest bed, perfect location.

A little noisy the night after the euro final but to be expected.

"Great stay in Nice"

Great location in a historic house, next to the market and two minutes walk to the beach and close to the old town of Nice. Good communication with owner. When we arrived there was a big water bottle in the fridge, moscito repellant was plugged, there was shampoo and soap in the shower and there were two beach towels so everything was very good and beyond that. Defenetly recommend this place for a stay in Nice.

A bit loud during the weekend in the late evening but as this is centrally located that is to be expected.
