Easy to find, quick check-in process, frequent and clear communication leading up to check-in, property staff easily available by phone and friendly, clean & spacious room and property was neat and cared for. Great stay and would stay again.

Property manager Robin was great! We had an issue with the hot water and she was right on it.

We had a good time staying at the Silver Sands! The property was convenient to access the beach and other areas around such as John’s Pass. The sofa bed was unfortunately quite old and doesn’t work well so one of our guest had to just sleep on the sofa. The cleaners will only come if you put the supply card outside before 9am so don’t forget to do that or they won’t give you any supplies even if you email them. You will have only one parking spot, be aware of the limited space if other guests park too close to you.

Great location to St. Pete’s, Clearwater, Tampa. Condo is cozy. Manager checked on us daily to ensure everything was good.

Incredible stay

Clean property and unit equipped with everything we needed- even a blender. Right up the street from the beach. Perfect location. Just not enough parking for extra vehicles

My husband and I booked this for a weekend anniversary getaway. The location was great. It was a cute little one bedroom condo. The floors were very sandy when we got there. I understand you're close to the beach, but I was slipping and sliding. Everything else was clean for the most part. All the windows had blinds, but no curtains. Our unit faced east, so when the sun came up, we were up. Crazy bright in the room. The bathroom had glass cube blocks that formed a window. They magnified the sun so much, that I couldn't take a shower until after the sun got higher in the sky or shower with my eye closed. Instant headache for me. Also, the day before we checked out, someone tried to come into our unit. We were sitting watching tv, I heard a noise, and then the door handle started to turn. I got up and opened the door, but the person was gone. The lock box for the key was open, which I know I closed and even changed the code so it was locked AND there was a bag of cleaning supplies in front of the door. Later that night, the bag was gone. Parking IS reserved. There are numbered spots that match the condo numbers. Ours had a car in it when we got there, so we just parked in the next open spot since our check-in email said it's wasn't reserved. There was a not so nice man that yelled at us for parking in his spot. Overall it was a nice weekend. Not sure I would stay here again.
