Silver Sands

Was a great stay! Early issues with other inhabitants taking our designated spot but it resolved. You have to text for overall communication but if you need sheets or new towels it’s best to catch the crew at the storage area across from the (salt)pool down the back alley before 10am. Don’t try to do this after noon, no one is prob there. I liked that they had pay laundry machines. $2 each for wash & $2 dryer. Convenient hang out area was good because upper floor units have no porch area. There is also a few charcoal grills there. (You supply).Kitchen was sufficient enough to cook basic meals. Realize if you’re in the upper units the bathroom is in the bedroom, but that’s only important if you have non family members on your pullout, which is “full” size. Full length mirror in bedroom, could use a smaller one under the raised TV. Overall a great stay as we house hunted for a month. John’s pass with lots of food and shopping is a half mile walk over a bridge. Beach is across the highway and I brought my own chairs for that.

The property was great for us (2 people, 1 little dog). I did think that the price was a bit more than it should have been, and the separate laundry was hard to access without contacting the owners. But, really, it was all we needed, and the location is great in wonderful Treasure Island (right near John's Pass, and walkable all the way to Sunset Beach.

Quiet area but communication with the owner was horrible. I had to sleep out side the first night cuz they gave my room to someone else

We enjoyed our second stay at Silver Sands. It was very clean and included the amenities we needed. Thankful for the mop and broom for a quick clean up as we tracked in sand daily. Loved our private patio off the bedroom where we ate breakfast and relaxed. Will stay here again!

this property was way overpriced. The water pressure was very very poor. What it looked like on line was nothing like what i received.Shower curtain was filthy, bed was not secure mattress and box spring was constantly coming apart the headboard was not secure to wall kept falling. I deserve my money back.

Have stayed in this property for several years now. Initially I was concerned because phone number for property manager was different from what was on the confirmation letter making it difficult to contact her. On arriving check-in was excellent. Found property manager to be on site, cleaning, every weekday. Very busy lady. Love this place. Looking forward to staying again next year.

Really cute updated property. Will definitely return. 5 min walk to John's Pass with great restaurants and shops. Could definitely use some soundproofing though.
