①到达当天距离酒店大概10分钟的路程，因为大雪我们在路上滑坡了，非常危险，基本不能动弹，电话给前台寻求帮助得到的解答是没有办法来帮忙要求我们自己打999，我们接受了自己想办法到达了酒店； ②可能由于是冬天，客流比较少，房间很多地方都有灰尘，包括浴室里；浴室莲蓬头的水是滴落的，水量小到根本没有办法洗澡！是一滴滴滴落的！毫不夸张！
