My room had the most gorgeous view of the ocean! Waking up to that sunrise was unbelievable. Other reviews say the road leading up to it was “terrible” this is untrue. It is rocky but it’s simply unfinished, not that bad! The staff is polite the restaurant has great food! The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed I enjoyed my stay

room terrace was high and had a nice view.

Dated building, wear and tear shows, lots of careless detailing, rusting/rotting away, furniture on its last legs, located in a pitch-black street. Listing described "beachfront" property. The "beach" was 12 feet deep, from the deck to water's edge. No swimming possible as it is a rocky bay. No beach at all!. On top of that, comatose staff, no good morning or eye contact, restaurant with zero vibe and so-so food, no reasonable wines, delivered the wrong orders, disengaged service, etc. etc. Our room was ok, TV was impossible to decipher, towels were ratty to say the list, etc. BOOKING.COM STATED PET FRIENDLY. WE CHECKED IN ON A TUESDAY FOR TWO NIGHTS WITH OUR SMALL DOG. AT CHECK OUT, A HIDDEN FEE WAS BROUGHT UP FOR OUR DOG (AND WE PAID ALMOST 1000 US FOR TWO NIGHTS!). UNDERHANDED AND POSSIBLY DISHONEST. THIS FEE WASN'T DISPLAYED IN THE BOOKING OR UPON CHECK-IN. Shameful overrepresentation of the property on Booking.Com

Beautiful scenery and quiet. The location is outstanding if you are looking for total serenity and gorgeous views. The staff do their best to keep you happy. It needs better maintenance of their furniture particularly those exposed to the sun and entrance sofas.

The location of the property for those looking for relaxing stays and beautiful ocean. The staff does everything thing to ensure your enjoyment.

We loved the beautiful ocean views and the pool. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the breakfast was delicious. It was my birthday while we stayed and the staff did daily towel art and gave us a bottle of wine which was a really lovely surprise!

The food and drinks were quite expensive vs other placed we stayed and we found the waiters asked for tips at every opportunity, including at every one of the included breakfasts which we found uncomfortable! (All the other staff were brilliant) Because it's a 20 minute drive and fairly expensive taxi back to Tulum, if the weather isn't brilliant you're quite restricted on things to do. If you're coming to relax on the beach, beware they are 21 rooms and about 8 to 10 sun loungers.

The staff was great. I liked that we could walk a very short distance to their other two hotels to dine. My husband and I really enjoyed our time at this hotel.

Breakfast was good but limited like one coffee per person and thats it.

Rooms were not clean and had several issues water leaks under the sink and so on We booked a room with a private pool but that pool was sort of connected to other rooms also to the public area so we had people swimming basically in our room Disastrous sun beds old as life and impossible to adjust. Some of the waiters were really nice but overall the stuff were rude

I was here for one night and two days- the hot tub was broken, the shower luke-warm, my breakfast cold (chicken enchiladas- when reheated they dried out the chicken), one dirty towel with brown spots on it, tv didn’t work and the door to the balcony was so so hard to open. Lastly, the reef out front is VERY rocky- not great snorkeling (and I’m a diver). And when I went to lay out by the beach the cushions need an upgrade, they were dirty and falling apart. I will say I loved waking up to the ocean and kayaking, the glass water bottles in the room and the front desk lady was helpful- there were a couple times I went to the front desk and no one was there. Overall I wouldn’t return. And the cherry on top- at breakfast the waiter asked me “why did you come alone?” How rude- I had a work trip prior and was taking a day to unwind post. Also, this hotel is down a bumpy dirt road and my taxi passed the sign- doesn’t stand out. Just really below expectations all the way around and not the cleanest. Lastly, the pool is not really a pool, more like a splash pool and it’s small.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Esteban took great care of us from the moment we arrived. The bar/restaurant staff was great, mainly Benjamin and Miguel, and knew our likes/dislikes in a short amount of time. Housekeeping staff was prompt in replenishing items and put a personalized touch on the room. We had a couple minor issues with the tv and lighting but was promptly resolved. Beach area was small and could use some more comfortable cushions, but loved how private it was. Also had a wonderful massage on the pier over the water, highly recommended. Overall, great value and experience.

I didn't care for the perfume smell in the room. It was fresh and clean, but too much for me, not to say the next person wouldn't enjoy it.
