The Langham Haikou

I stayed here for business for over 2 years. Perfect location, excellent staff and great views of the city. The food is also very good and the rooms are spacious. Request a room overlooking the bridge if you can. Only complaint is the internet speed - something to be aware of for business travelers.

This is my first hotel on this city, Haikou. This hotel looks so great, look so luxury. And well this hotel is so great like that i expected, and you can see great view from the top of this hotel or from your room. Feel enjoy the city from this hotel. 谢谢

The room is very spacious and clean. The bed is very comfy. The breakfast has good food selection. The staffs in this hotel are the game changer. They’re very courteous, especially those in front desk, concierge, and breakfast restaurant. Thanks to Joise at the breakfast restaurant who gave us reccommendation on places to visit. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Haikou

great hotel and very thing is flawless

Excellent, warm and friendly services during our 2 days stay. This is one hotel where the staff we met really put an effort in giving a good hospitality experience. Good quality breakfast and attentive service. Staff made you felt welcome. Good that the pool is open till late as you can cool down after a hot day out. The hotel is just across a beautiful park. Was told by the bellboy that towards one end of the park, there is a bus park area where one can take public buses to places of interest. Highly recommeded for a luxury hotel.

Stayed there in April for 2 nights. Rooms were clean with good views.The staff were friendly and helpful when approached. However, the breakfast was nothing to shout about. Choices were limited and you had to walk out to a pavilion at the outdoor dining area to get your juices. It is near eating and shopping choices but if you do not like the hustle and bustle of the place, I would recommend to stay at Mission Hills which may have a quieter ambience.

Overall excellent. We don't think the Tang Court Chinese (Canton) food is up to the par (in fact well below standard of Chinese cuisine). We will return for more stays but never to enter the Tang Court for Chinese food.

Located in the city. One of the best hotel i ever encountered during my travel. Impeccable service. Absolutely nothing to fault on. From front desk to house keeping to bell boys,the team really did an amazing job. Definitely will be back again! Highly recommended.

This is our second visit back to The Langham because we were impressed by the service, room, and the entire environment was great. The location is near to a nice park (one of the attractions of Haikou City). On our second visit, everything was great as usual, except for the below par check-in counter service where we were met by a sullen guest service officer who did not bother to explain anything, and didn’t even check in the system that we are members and returning customers. Other than the poor check-in process, all else was great at The Langham. The macarons (available for purchase at lobby level) were awesome, and service was good. The bellboys and door men made you feel at home each time you enter and exit. I would still recommend this hotel if you are visiting Haikou.
