Los Olivos Beach Resort

We stayd here one week now,and every year we stay about three month a year.Short walk to beach and restaurants.Good service in reception 24 hour, Pablo specialy, he have worked there for many years during the day and solves everything .we are looking forward to come back there before christmas with all our family 25 people. We have been at Los Olivos couple of times, always gæhad a very good service specially by Pablo in reception. The location is very good and short walking distance to main attractions on Adeje and Fanabe.

Please don't go to this hotel. I am so disappointed with our experience. We arrived and not a single welcome was given. We were not told that there would be so many steps and that the hotel is virually built on a hill. I paid extra to have a roof terrace as this was my husbands 60th birthday present and i can only describe it as totally unexpected, yes we had a roof terrace but the entrance was outside unlike we were led to beleive from the information on the website and only a hand rail for a amall part of the way. So really unsafe. No table and chairs up there in the sunshine just down on the balcony that was always shaded. I suffer with arthritis and respiratory problems and i found leaving the room hard knowing on the way back it was all up hill. It was an absolute nightmare trying to bring the suitcase in when we arrived. Also we were dropped off at the back of the hotel and they do not allow entrance this way so had to walk across the road and then down the hill to get to reception. On my opinion if you have any mobility issues or respiratory problems then this will not be the aparthotel for you. Reception staff are in my opinion ifnorant and not helpful at all. So you need to make sure you do your research because they are just not inviting and friendly.

Arrived on 13th November 2025 and we stayed for 7 nights after 5 nights i asked the receptionist if they would clean the room and promised me they would do this and it didn't happen, then someone came the following morning and I had stripped the bedding for them as it was very wet due to myself having a bad virus and they put the same sheets back on the bed which I didn't notice until they left the room, I had to take the bedding to the reception and tell them what happened I was so angry with the incompetent cleaning staff. They sent a housekeeper to talk to me and she could not speak English so was like speaking to a brick wall this was in November when it was not busy even when we tried to order a toasty from the bar which was on the menu we got told their was no bread even though the restaurant has plenty the staff just could not be bothered getting any from the store.

Where to start? Well, we were greeted by a rafa benitez look alike on reception with an horrendous attitude. This would be the start of the problems we encountered at this hotel even though we arrived at 12 pm we were informed we couldn’t move into our apartment until 4 p.m. Once there we wished we hadn’t checked in. The room smelt of damp the facilities within the room were terrible. After day one I approached a female receptionist and asked to speak to the manager. I was greeted again with a terrible attitude and told that I have a attitude problem myself. The receptionist had a piercing if anyone else can identify who she is. I wouldn’t go back there if you paid me to go there. Avoid at all costs. A truly disgraceful hotel !!!

Our 3 storey town house apartment was quite disappointing. Needs renovation Sockets loose, broken light switches, peeling paint, kitchen woefully stocked, lights not working, air con unit leaking so couldn't be used despite reporting. Terraces have no privacy from next door. Staff very poor on customer service. Check out experience very poor. Reception staff poor. Overall great location, breakfast excellent, variety and choice. Bathrooms well equipped and clean, plenty of towels. Pool towels also provided. Sky bar lovely but expensive, welcome drink provided, staff lovely in this area. Accommodation not cheap but not worth the expense.
