Room not cleaned in 6 days. Had to ask repeatedly for clean towels. Loo paper

A lot of damp and mould in apartment, lots of cobwebs and bugs on terrace, poor finishing to maintenance, lift not working, to many stairs

Great location right by the beach. Friendly staff , great pools , nice modern facilities All inclusive very good , happy with choice of food and drinks every day .

I was sceptical after reading the reviews on here prior to going on holiday so I’d like to put to bed a few myths. 1. Check in staff - More than pleasant and helpful, not sure why so many people have had issues they were great. 2. Difficult to access - ok there is various ramps and paths if you’re up the top end, you’ll also have to go up steps depending on your room number, but if you’re unable to carry cases up some stairs you should really research your stay before hand, not easy to access but still not difficult if you’re able bodied. 3. Cleanliness/ state of rooms - its 3 star, our rooms weren’t dirty, but they weren’t immaculate, yes they need a bit TLC but the location makes up for this, certainly won’t ruin your holiday. To add in another few points, breakfast was lovely, good selection across the board. Location is top notch, 2 minute walk to Fenabe beach front. I’d happily to stay here again. One last point, if you’re a coach transfer you’ll need to walk 5 minutes as a coach can’t access the road to the reception.

They use an AI chatbot for their WhatsApp communication which gives false info. The AI chatbot said that there was a phone in the room, which none of the rooms have, so you have to travel for a good few minutes till you get to reception to request anything. The safe didn't work, and they have bogus description of how to use it which makes it hard to decipher how to get it to work. The door to the outside garden was broken, which we didn't realise the first night we slept there, so anyone could have just walked in. I requested a bath when I first booked as it states that in their booking.com description (I have a medical condition and need a bath every night), I get there and there's no bath only a shower, they say that none of the rooms have baths....There were worms in the shower every night, not sure where they were coming from. The water stopped working the last night we were there and no one fixed it, so couldn't have a shower or brush my teeth the last night I was there. Also there was a massive fight happening between a couple at 3am above us, the sounds of throwing furniture and slammed doors and swearing, I complained to the reception and no one did anything. Also ants in the kitchen surfaces, so couldn't use the surfaces. Also they don't have any hand wash or liquid detergent so couldn't clean the dishes.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. We booked in January 2025 and were looking forward to it for so long, but we were so disappointed with our trip. The male reception staff on arrival was rude and unhelpful, basically go away as Im on my phone and you're arriva lhas disturbed me! The second night we found cockroaches in our room, and when I told reception the following morning, an even ruder receptionist told me, well it is Ternerife, and we have cockroaches here!! I lived in Spain before she was born, and had never seen so many in any room I had ever been in. They said they would fumigate the room, and the following night we still had more, so I contacted our rep who said they would call the hotel to see if we could be moved, but aparently there were no empty rooms, which I find hard to believe. We didn't get our room cleaned on the days it was supposed to get cleaned, even though the cleaners cupboard was directly outside our room. Yet after complaining to reception again, someone came in and straightened the beds on the day before we were due to come home. Even as we were leaving the male receptionist was on his phone again. People come down a ramp behind reception to check out, so it was obvious what they were doing. The only nice receptionist was the trainee who was very helpful when asked, the others treated you as if you were something they had stepped in. I asked to speak to the manager due to the cockroach incident, and was told that one wasn't availabe by the guard dog receptionist, she wasn't letting anyone spoil her day of thinking she was in charge! A word to the wise reception staff too, don't talk in Spanish about guests to each other thinking no one can understand!!
