Los Olivos Beach Resort

Reviews don’t do this hotel justice. Perfect location, large clean apartment which was well equipped. Room 1047 had pool and sea view. Nice and quiet Only went bed and breakfast, but there was a large choice. Would go again. Definitely not for people with mobility issues as built on a hill and many steps

Stayed here for 4 nights, can not fault our room (1033) or the staff at every level. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean, we arrived Wednesday had bedding and towels changed on Friday, no complaints there. The breakfast served at the hotel next door was faultless with a great choice. Yes there's a short walk to it but that didnt bother us, hotel is a short walk to the beach and bars/restaurants. There is also the sky bar at the hotel with amazing views and once again lovely friendly staff. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Fourth time at Olivos , perfect unrivalled location for eating out and the beach , entertainment at numerous bars . Olivos and its partner hotel next door are beautifully kept , great rooms , the best rooms have incredible views . Great swimming pools and the more expensive rooms have their own ones !! Lovely cleaners and staff . One big downside is the WiFi , needs a transmitter , lets it down .

Location is fantastic and straight out onto Fanabe, this was our third stay at Los Olivos and very sadly will be our last, I will give our pro's and con's. Pro's Excellent location and close to the beach and restaurants, We had regular towel changes and room cleaned. Buffet breakfast was good at sister hotel Reception staff were very good Cons Cat poo around pool area not cleaned up properly and walked in all over the place. Room had Ants all over kitchen worktop and table Broken steps and loose tiles and grout - needs maintenance

After reading the reviews I was dreading arriving and had low expectations. We checked in and the man on reception was very friendly and helpful and nothing at all like the other reviews I’ve read. I popped down on day 2 to ask for some more pillows and he sorted it out straight away so no complaints about reception staff from me. The room was much better than I expected. We had booked a gold room and it was clean and had everything we needed. Housekeeping came every other day and did a good job, clean towels, bed made and floor mopped. The roof terrace had two sunbeds and amazing views of the sea and was a good place to watch the sunset. The pool areas were always clean and plenty of beds for everyone. The lifeguard was probably the best member of staff they have there, he spoke to everyone and was extremely friendly, if the managers read this you need to keep this guy because he’s definitely an asset to the hotel. Now for the let down, the food. We were all inclusive, meals were over the other hotel which wasn’t far to walk but the choice was terrible, possibly the worst all inclusive food I’ve ever had. Breakfast was the best, the guy making the omelettes gets full marks. Lunch and dinner was bad and we ate out all week after day 2 because there just wasn’t enough selection, pork every day and after two days it was enough. Drinks are good but it’s madness that you have to walk to the other hotel to get one because the pool bar on the Los Olivos side wasn’t part of the all inclusive. There’s also a price difference, ice cream on the Olivos side is more expensive than the other part which I don’t understand because it’s exactly the same. The location of the hotel is excellent and it has the potential to be so much better, the food and crazy drinks rules let it down.

Spent 7 nights here in an upstairs apartment with balcony and rooftop sun terrace. The room was clean and tidy. Beds comfortable and the small kitchen modern. The pool and sunbathing areas well maintained. We found the restraint busy for breakfast but this is the case in most hotels. We had a direct booking with Los Olivos. When we booked we were informed that as a Los Olivos guest we could also use the facilities in the sister hotel next door, so more pools and sun beds available along with spar treatments.. The hotel is well located with a very short walk to the beach and very close to the restaurants and shops. The complex itself is quiet and relaxing. Overall a great stay and will be returning again in February 2026. Thanks to Phill and Jessica for being so professional and welcoming.

We've stayed here a few times now - mainly for the location - it's right on the beach. The hotel itself isn't anything special - needs a refurb & there are always things missing in the apartment (glasses, towels, cutlery etc) but Pablo on reception always helps and solves any problems we have. He treats us like long lost friends when we arrive, so we will keep going back.

I was one week in Los Olivos in beginning of oktober with my housband,the location are excellent very close to the beach and good restaurants close too. Room was very clean when we came in,we have been there often before. Staff we was in contact with was very nice at: pool bar,sky bar and Pablo in reception was very helpful and nice guy. This hotel is very good choice . Thanks, Ella
