Toro Cottage

They have a lovely family running cottage well maintained and very helpful always smiling and happy to help.

Couldn’t recommend this property enough! The owners were the loveliest people I have met, it was well maintained and breakfast was superb. Incredible value for money!

Pretty clean, big bed.

The property advertises themselves as the one with warm water in the shower. That’s was the main reason we decided to stay there. During 3 nights we stayed the water was not warm even for a second. Stuff don’t know what’s a smile. Place looks much bigger than it is in reality. Breakfast should be served at 7 o’clock but at this time there was no stuff available, we had to wait 30 min to get breakfast and we were in rush, so didn’t like it.

The room was nice. Pool area was nice. Breakfast was nice.

Location was not good. Especially if you’re not confident driving a bike. No shops near by not really walkable.

We had a lovely stay at Toro Cottages, stayed for 3 nights everything was perfect I definitely recommend the place

Good base to explore the island and close to the harbor; accommodation generally clean, though room for improvement; daily room service (though no new water bottles and no fresh towels); breakfast is slightly above average (egg dish + smoothie or fruit + coffee or tea); the pool (small but adequate for refreshment)

Extremely hard mattress; bathroom tap loose and partially broken; toilet seat loose; shower so calcified that only a little water comes out and generally low water pressure; no soap by the sink, only soap dispenser by the shower; no kettle (hot water only on request); no water dispenser (but on request); poor sun loungers by the pool and no umbrellas; unfriendly staff who speak no/hardly any English; staff are not at the accommodation all day, i.e. no one is on site for questions in the afternoon/evening; expensive tours (much cheaper to get at the nearest harbor)

There was clean a cottage and pool, they get information which you need before coming (e.x.how you could come to Nusa Penida and how much it). We could rent rent motorcycles.
