no breakfast available either paid or inclusive.

host is very rude and obnoxious . no courtesy whatsoever and money minded extremely to the point that they just made me sit for 3 hours even though the room was available and said room isn't available , after me pleading and agreeing to pay extra they finally gave me a room which magically became available when money was being given. didn't even consider the fact that we were a family with a small child. very bad manager !

Unprofessional staff, no reception counter, took 10 min to find my room, very costly. They give only 1 litre water free. Then they charge. No tea making machine in the room. Worst plumbing work. I had to always close the main water supply knob to avoid leakage. Weird access area.

Mr Vijay service was really good. Overall everything was good.

Breakfast was limited. Need to add some more items to the breakfast.

Breakfast good and has variety - menu changes day to day.

Quite a few mosquitoes make its way into the unit daily. Would appreciate having more mosquito repellent devices.

The room and bathroom were great, one of the best seen in India.

There were several cockroaches in our room which felt disgusting. Additionally, it is good to know the appartment is noisy/not well isolated. One night we were unlucky with other guests being very loud in the common room after midnight. Not the responsibility of the staff ofcourse but we had a very bad night of sleep, so good to be aware of this if you are a light sleeper.
