I like the ambiance and facilities in the room

Room disinfectant spray as well as room freshener is not there. Hygiene needs to be maintained

The property is very well staffed and looked after.

Renting out the whole penthouse apartment meant there was no communal TV and open air to mosquitos but I could understand how it would be very accommodating for individual rooms.

The location was OK and all the people working there were very polite and helpful.

Breakfast was average, the room set up wasn't ideal, a TV in each bedroom but nothing in the large living room so during the day if you wanted to watch TV you had to lie in bed (very uncomfortable). Getting access to the room was difficult, it wasn't ready when we arrived. I had previously informed them that we would be arriving at 12 noon due to our flight arrival in Mumbai and was informed this would be OK but on arrival the room hadn't been cleaned and would not be ready until 2PM (very disappointing after a long flight).

Great location and a comfortable and modern hotel room! Everyone was very friendly too and Jayesh was very helpful throughout!

I liked the cleanliness a lot after a couple of days in other not so sanitated accomodations. The service was really satisfactory. Especially Sumit standed out who even kept my forgotten clothes until my return. Thanks!

Spotless room, fabulous breakfast, and staff, especially Sumit and Vijay, who bent over backwards to ensure I had a comfortable stay!
