"moderate stay but in heart of Bandra"

staff were so friendly and helpful, location is in the heart of khar bandra and would be near to good resturants and cafes,

water was hardly getting hot, the room didnt have enough light, guests are not welcome, and initially the first room AC was not working properly . considering the facilities i feel the value was high

Love everything about it ! Special mentions to JAYESH from Theory9, he was so helpful in my stay, and also my daily room cleaning done by Mr.Vijay & Sumit. Great people. Is so refreshing when you find a hotel with good quality workers. As I have to keep coming to Mumbai, I will definitely staying again in theory9 Khar.

The manager, Vaibhav, was very friendly and eager to help. The room was cleaned every day and the sheets and towels replaced. The room was very comfortable. The area was easy to get to from the airport and there were plenty of food stalls, taxis and attractions around.
