Every thing. The location, cleanliness, comfort, service... Couldn't fault it.

Good location, 5 minutes to the railway station. Nice employees, can stop the elevator and give you the water which you asked before. Special thanks to Jayesh, which explained to me many things, helped to buy sim card and book the taxi to airportwooden floors are perfect. Good breakfast. I enjoyed.

There is a building construction near the hotel and they start at 6am. Not enough silence in the room, but a India is not about the silence ) Maybe elevators are too slow, I lived on 12th floor. No any boilers in the room, but it is in main public room.

The staff were helpful and prompt. The appliances worked well, place was clean

Many small improvements can help the experience- the toilet door does not have a lock, some place in the shower area to keep soap etc, the windows did not seal completely so there was noise of the trains and birds well into the night and early morning. Again not fault of the theory9 but there was loud construction and the noise seeped into the house and the above suggestion of double glazed windows and ensuring noise evasion doors etc.

Jayesh the manager and his team went out of there way to be helpful and make my stay comfortable.

Did not have breakfast as plenty of eateries nearby.

The staff was good but had forgotten to show us the breakfast area located on 13 th floor. We did a late chk in by 10 Pm A property contact number should have been made readily available or printed and kept in the living room to communicate with service staff.

Helpful staff Well maintained and hygienic Rooms and the shared spaces in the apartment are perfect!
