Apartamentos Cordial Mogán Paraíso

Picked up key cards from the hotel who also served us complimentary drinks on arrival. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The car park which is underneath the apartments was great. You have your own allocated space. And entry is with your key card.We stayed in apartment c ( papaya) it’s a great space set out over two floors. The hot tub on the roof is amazing with some great views. It can get a little noisy as you are on the main strip to get to the bay restaurants and beach. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The plunge pool is fantastic after a hot day out. We cooked a couple of times. Everything you need is there. The cleaners are very nice and go above and beyond in cleaning the apartment. The pool also gets cleaned and topped up. We were left a bottle of fizz and red wine which was nice. There is a small dishwasher (with a few dishwasher tablets) A washing machine and tumble dryer (no washing powder though) It’s only a 5 minute stroll to the bay/beach.

On market day ( every Friday) they set up about 4.30 in the morning and it does wake you up. And it gets very busy. It is literally outside your door. The beds are very hard. Especially in the main bedroom. It’s personal preference I know. But it did give me a backache. And the pillows are very hard and small. Just be warned if you cook the oven is very very slow. Start about 2 hours before you want to eat. Or just eat out 😁

Todo, como siempre, una estancia maravillosa, cómoda y relajante. Es un mini paraíso familiar. Un sobresaliente. Ya llevamos 3 años y seguiremos repitiendo.

Me gustó la comodidad de la casa villa Tomate , la tranquilidad de tener piscina privada, tienes de todos los electrodomésticos . En 2019 estuve en villa Mango y ahora en 2025 en villa Tomate. Si vuelvo a ir prefiero Villa Tomate el espacio de jardín es más amplio.

Deberían poner cafetera nueva estaba el fondo muy oxidado y yo sin el cafecito de la mañana no me hayo

Comfortable, great location, everything you need, pool looked nice but was cold so didn’t get used, but the roof jacuzzi did. We’ve stayed at the parent hotel across the street before and thought we’d give the apartments a try this year. Good decision, the hotel is splendid but the apartments are a step change up.

Car parking - you need to rent a small car like a Clio or a Fiat 500, we ended up with a Peugeot 3008, it was a nightmare to park as there is very little manoeuvring room between the many car park pillars.

Modern clean apartment is a great location. It was fantastic having the pool and hot tub. Cleaning staff were efficient and polite.

Few maintenance issues, namely water damage in the bedroom ceiling, and a few areas around the apartment. Small ants also a little problem.

We loved the location - so close to supermarket, shops & restaurants. It was very peaceful & quiet. The apartment was immaculate & well-appointed. A larger dishwasher would have been great, but the little one provided was sufficient, but had we been a group of 4, I think we would have struggled with it. The hot tub & pool were not cleaned during our 6 night stay, which we felt was unusual. We only used the hot tub twice (2 of us) but nightly use would have been an issue, especially if there were 4 of us. The kitchen was very well appointed, however lacking in some essential utensils for self catering - no toaster, tongs, etc, for example. Plenty of fresh towels & toilet rolls were left - more than sufficient for our length of stay and it meant we didn't need to have the apartment serviced daily (although the option was there if we had needed it). The bathroom was excellent with lots of space & a great roomy shower. We accidentally locked the safe before setting it, but an e-mail to the contact provided ensured it was quickly remedied. The private pool, although small, was great, and there is plenty space outside for dining & sunbathing. The rooftop area was superb - 2 loungers, hot tub, lot's of space and a shower. It was great having the convenience of our own washing machine - drying rack on the rooftop. Ideally, we would have preferred the pool to have been heated as we had some cloudy days & being the end of April, the entire front area was in the shade from 5p.m., so it was too chilly to make use of the pool beyond that. Obviously, summer months when the sun is higher, would not have been an issue, but the pool was too cold & younger children may have struggled out of summer months. The bedrooms were spacious with loads of storage. The air conditioning was fantastic. The stairs are not for the faint hearted, but worth it for the fantastic layout.

We would have preferred the pool heated.

Good size property ( We had apartment C ), great location. Good kitchen facilities, great fridge and freezer. Between the pool area and roof top terrace you have the sun all day. Nice welcome from reception on arrival.

Apartment C needs a thorough deep clean and redecorating. there are scuff marks all over the walls, peeling paint, rust rings from toilet brush holder, floor tiles especially need steam cleaning, seal around shower needs replacing as is beyond cleaning, water line in the pool needs a clean. The apartment also needs properly maintaining and looking after, there is a long dead and another dying plant in the pool area, the wall in the pool area is flaking and deposits left on the plastic grass (which gets very hot in the sun-Beware), there is a loose electrical socket outside near the pool, loose and water damaged skirting boards, toilet roll holder hanging off wall, and as previously mentioned the apartment could do with redecorating. Having read the recent glowing reviews about other apartments in the block I can only assume apartment C is not in as good a condition as they are, and therefore might be due for a refurb. We loved Puerto Mogan and will be back, just not to Cordial Parasio, for 2,500 euro a week I expected much better.
