Clean, well equipped and well situated. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and also the hot tub.

Everything was great, minor issue with the pillows being uncomfortable but overall it was fabulous.

Firstly, a big thank you to the daily cleaner, she was an absolute star and was able to help when needed. Made the stay even better. We have now stayed in these apartments on 3 occasions having stayed in the other single apartment. We prefer this apartment (Tomato) over the other single apartment as the pool is bigger and internal layout is better.

Nothing as such but TWO issues need addressing: The lights on the roof/hot tub area do not work and only leaving light feeding up from the landing, this could be a danger if using the hot tub after dark. Our apartment card took serval attempts to open the outer gate at the pool. On one occasion we gave up and used the side entrance. All the other entrance doors worked fine on every occasion. It’s very clear the door reader is temperamental and needs attention.

Not the best location. Noise from the hotel across the way, lots of people having a nosey over the walls and into the garden/pol area. More privacy required

Great location and apartment - everything we needed.

Location, spaciousness and cleanliness. Very quiet despite its central location.

The only slight complaints I have is that the pillows in the bedroom were very soft - a choice of pillows would have been preferred. Also, despite the apartment being very well equipped- there was only one wine glass. I dare say I could have mentioned these small niggles to reception in the hotel and I’m sure the would have rectified this.
