Very spacious and comfortable apartment. The private swimming pool and roof top hot tub were fabulous. The cleaners called in every day and kept the apartment spotless. A good location, within walking distance of the sea front and all the bars and restaurants there. Lovely mountain views.

A good location overlooking the main pedestrian thoroughfare to the harbour and town.

After ten and a half hours travelling to have to trundle into a hotel with our luggage to register and collect the apartment keys. Then to leave the hotel still struggling with the luggage, the heat and tiredness and go back out onto the street and walk down to the apartment. Guests at the hotel have their luggage taken to their rooms for them. The principal bedroom has a whole wall comprising 2 sliding patio doors each with a roller blind. The roller blind on one of the patio doors would not raise. Unfortunately this was the only door that would open, so we couldn’t use the beautiful balcony, the other was locked. Ultimately by early evening a maintenance man came and ‘sorted’ the blind. He couldn’t open the other patio door. We thanked him and he came back a few minutes later with a bottle of wine for us. The following morning the roller blind refused to lift again. After 5 pm 2 maintenance men came and miracle of miracles - the roller blind was up. He even unlocked the patio door but wouldn’t source a key so the door couldn’t lock at all now 🤣. Before they left I decided to try the roller blind and once lowered, despite using both hands it would not raise. Popeye the maintenance man steps forward and with a look of triumph states ‘Is fixed’ and raises the blind. I pointed out that if I couldn’t use it then it certainly was not fixed. I had no problem with the other blind it worked. Popeye then dictated into his phone on Google Translate the following “The old people don’t know what they are doing and have broken the blind”. I was furious and so insulted and he was out the door in seconds . Ultimately I wanted to speak to a manager face to face and she visited the apartment. My first request to her was to raise the roller blind and she couldn’t. By evening the blind had new ‘workings’ and was good. However we are now on evening 4 of a 7 night stay. That experience negatively impacted on our enjoyment of the holiday. There are other issues but insufficient space
