Nice accommodation, could use some better maintenance and bathrooms better clean. Did not receive a code to enter after calling, quickly received via WhatsApp.

This appartment was fantastic. Great location with fabulous coffee shop right opposite the main entrance. The photos don't do the accommodation justice. So much space and very clean. Lisbon am excellent place and will return and to this appartment.

Close to transportation, restaurants and grocery

This apartment is in a great area and walkable to so many things, including public transportation, and tons of restaurants. The apartment was lovely, but it is a bit loud on the street. You will hear the cars going by at night, especially as I hit the drainage holes in the street. Communication from the property management group was not good, and in fact, when we were supposed to meet them for tips and tax collection, etc. they never showed up and they never answered any of our messages after that. We were also never brought new towels as they had indicated they would on day three. Ultimately that worked out fine for us, but certainly could be troublesome in some situations. Lack of communication from the property management group would definitely be concerning if there were issues.

Look elsewhere… I had purposely booked the luxury apartment. Upon checkin I messaged the serviced apartment contact to check whether this was in fact the luxury apartment (I suspected it wasn’t). Only after a day and a half later did I receive a response to say that there was some kind of mistake between my agency (Expedia) and their reservation system. I queried as to whether they could identify who was at fault. The response I received was that it was ‘a technical error made during the reservation, we cannot say for certain what informatic system caused it.’ An excuse at best with no ownership - bad customer service. There was an offer to adjust the price difference between the sub standard apartment and the luxury apartment. At the date of writing this review, no adjustment of pricing has occurred. Not that a mere adjustment is enough to rectify the issue that I was placed in an apartment that I didn’t book to begin with and there was no effort to move me to a suitable luxury apartment. To top things all off, here are the range of issues I found upon checking into this apartment: the exhaust in the bathroom was clogged with dust - it was also on the wall, there was no toilet roll holder, the toilet seat was not fixed to the toilet and was moving around, the remote for the air conditioning in the main bedroom did not work, the shower caddy was rusted. The exhaust, toilet seat and the remote were rectified mid way through my stay. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

Zeer leuk appartement in een hippe wijk. Dichtbij station en centrum. Wel veel nachtlawaai.
