Me encantó sus amplias habitaciones, no obstante debido al suelo de parquet se oye mucho ruido cuando hay alguien en el piso superior.

Really nice apartment in a great location, absolutely no complaints.

Spacious and nicely decorated apartments in central Lisbon, but unfortunately some significant problems in our stay: - There was just one person to check everyone in on Sunday and multiple groups were present, so it took a long time. - The people staying in the apartment above us went out for late nights and made noise until 4am, including walking around with heels and playing music. This isn't necessarily the fault of the property managers, but as I'm sure they know, the building is an older property so the floors creak a bit and noise can carry easily. No warning was given to guests when checking in to walk quietly, and that night we didn't know what to do or who to call after hours for disturbances. There is a check-in desk but it closes at 5pm. They list an after-hours number on the info card, but that wasn't pointed out to us during check in so we didn't know. We ended up having to request another apartment (fortunately one was free). I would note that nothing else was offered to make up for our trouble (lost sleep and time). - The code-based locks on the apartments didn't work on the first one and were finicky on the second one. - There was mould on the ceiling of the bathroom in the second unit. Overall while the units are nice and it wasn't the worst experience, I think there are probably better options out there at this price point, and I can't say we had a worry free and relaxed stay here or that the property managers did all they could to make the experience easy.

Clean contemporary quality well appointed accommodation. Excellent location. Quiet street within minutes of excellent bars, restaurants. Supermarkets. Tram stops literally at the end of the road or a 3 minute walk for the 28. On arrival the iron was not working. Reported to the office which is just around the corner and this was changed within the hour. Did not have a car so cannot comment on parking facilities. All in all an excellent choice for young and not so young. Would happily re book

Amazing

the apartment door opens to the street, I had some weird knocking on my door occasionally which is not great.. and the wall we’re a bit dirty here and there. No coffee capsules to the coffee machine either, although the same company’s other apartments I stayed before had them. Otherwise cool place! Would be great to be able to choose the actual apartment you’re gonna stay in.

The apartment was amazing- very comfortable for the 4 of us with 2- bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The area was wonderful- we could walk to everything. Please note- wear comfortable shoes- streets are cobblestone and very hilly!
