"Ok for a 1 night sleepover"

Easy location warm welcome the outer door key for after hours.

The other door after house is the fire exit at the back. Don’t do food or breakfast. The toilet handle and toilet seat were loose and broken. Was a bit cold as the window was drafty.

Location, staff, bar were all excellent! The room was warm and the bed was comfy! Good value for money!

The shower was loud and the water pressure for it poor, but still usable! Only downside of the stay!

The location is absolutely ideal for the city centre, the staff were very polite and helpful

So the room was very basic, decor not the best, the worst part was the bed , the mattress was shockingly bad , new mattress needed🤷

"Fabulous Trip to Leeds"

The room was very spacious and bed very comfortable, amazing view from windows aswell Very easy access to the Arena which we stayed for and plenty of food options nearby for a quick meal after the show

Location. Excellent for first direct arena or just for central Leeds. Overnight Car parking is very near and reasonable

Location. Being city centre it can be quite noisy at night and early morning.
