Hakata apartment

Good location

Bed sheets at small room are quite old and getting thin after numerous washing. Dining table is sticky and felt dusty too. The bath room was the worse as the drainage smell filled up the whole place once we opened the door.

Bigger than the average and located close to the station

Its a revamp from old building - so some part of it still oldies ie. kitchen cabinet, the windows

Good location and a reasonably comfortable apartment though the description is misleading.

The description is misleading. There are not two separate bedrooms. There is one bedroom, the other bed is in the living area. It is a rather dark apartment and there is quite a bit of noise from people going past right outside the kitchen window.

The property is just around 10 minutes walk from Hakata Station and around 6 minutes walk to Canal City. It is also around 4 mins walk to two different bus stops that goes around Fukuoka City. Booked 2 units and both were spacious to move around. The property is also complete with amenities. They also responded to our needs whenever I would message them.

I would have rate them excellent but I found a few dusts under the bed.

Full kitchen facilities are good including washing machine

Thanks for providing sugar & salt. If sugar & salt cases are filled half, much better. Our room’s ones were needed to scrape.
