Hakata apartment

Apartment is very well situated to public transport as well as other food and retail outlets

The apartment is very old, I’m unsure which apartment we stayed in as there are no pictures of our room on the booking page which was a surprise on our arrival to the room. The bathtub/shower drains into the main bathroom which means even when you get out of the shower you are standing in puddles of water as you try to get ready.

1. Not as advertised due to this is 2 rooms connect not as picture when i booked is big one room. 2. Don't have tub as advertised picture. Too expensive for this room , you can find another better rooms for this price.

Although the rooms are old, they are very clean. And the bed is very comfortable.

Water will leak from the bottom of the shower tank. There are also some moth flies in the shower room.

Very cozy-looking interior - toilet, sink and bathroom are all separate, so multiple people can do different things at once - lots of clothes hangers to use for hanging clothes indoors if needed - washing machine available - TV next to table in the living room area which makes it easy to eat, chill and watch TV with friends - there was a lift available to take us to the 4th floor

Only minor nitpicks/comments - clearer instructions for using the washing machine might help, though we worked it out in the end (didn't get to dry our clothes though, but not sure if the machine function was not working or if we couldn't translate correctly) - shower head is slightly away from the bathtub - my friend's adaptor got stuck in the extension socket and we had to leave it there

It feels like home, amenities are great, typical Japanese apato, the room is warm and comfortable, this accommodation is perfect for a long stay and for people with family or group of friends. The host is super helpful and well tended to questions and inquiries.

The futon might need to be upgraded a little, thicker one, maybe. The "bath tub" is small, not stable, and is way too high. Other than that, it's a great stay for me.

2 bathrooms helped us save a lot of time. Plus washing machine available. Spacious overall esp for 3 people

Prefer shorter gap between check out and check in times. But understandable if need time to clean

It was very nice to have so much space. The beds were large and comfortable and it was nice to have extra bedding. The AC was wonderful.

The elevator smelled awful. The towels were skimpy. There were no amenities. The window in the shower opens to the hallway so any passerby can see you in the shower. There’s no coffeemaker or anything at all as a breakfast option.

Handy to shopping centre and train station

- The location is good not too far from Hakata station easy to walking around. - The room is big enough for a family have kitchen dining table - The building is old but it's clean, beds are comfy.

- Some noise at night from an ambulance and contraction near by. - Check in time at 4PM, if you arrived there early you must wait otherwise pay an extra for early check in.
