"Cheap price, good location but not clean"

Location is good for those who want to stay near Canal city. It is very convenient.

All furnitures are old and dirty. There are plenty of mould on the bathroom wall and the little space between the bathtub and the wall. It makes the room is much more dirty than the advertised photos. Toilet seat is broken and old. Sensor doesn't work normally.

Room does not same as picture in booking.com, it felt uncomfortable, old, and furniture are incomplete. At night has a loud noise from besides room.

The signboard for the reception office door needs to be big and clear. We were wondering around for 10 mins with our luggages

"Cozy place to stay with"

Close to the station only 5 mins walk. Super cozy room with items you need. There is 7-11 around the corner just 1 min from the building. It was so good for people who travel with family. This place will be the first choice if I travel to Fukuoka next time.
