I feel like the staff was awesome with good energy and vibrant smiles. Especially "B", she's great! She was bright and energetic. The aesthetics of the hotel were very invigorating and symphonic. Great job IHG!

Aspen was amazing. Very helpful getting us checked in. Comfortable room and bed. Clean. Food for breakfast was good. Dining area really dirty tables dirty, floor dirty. Makes it hard to enjoy eating.
