Highlander Motel

I got sick during my stay here. Woke up with a sore throat, and cold. The a/c was letting out some black particles and that May have gotten me sick. We only stayed one night.

Check in was easy. Staff very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Outside could use some TLC, but everything else was good.

Room#25- I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, besides laying in the bed and looking at the side of the desk hadn't been cleaned. The only other 2 things was it sounded like I was on a sheet of metal when I turned during the night and I didn't feel safe knowing someone could easy break into the room with a credit card. There needs to be another lock to make your patrons feel more at ease during their stay.

Only good - the water was hot. The other couple had to go elsewhere to sleep. We will not recommend any one to go there.

Clean if simple room. Could have done without glaring parking lot lights all night; would have appreciated black-out curtains.

This property is convenient to where we are visiting, and we can walk to where we need to go. This is our third time visiting this property and although it is clean and well looked after it could use a bit of a facelift and some of the main doors don't latch well, making me worry about safely.

I stayed here temporarily during my relocation to Athens. The owners are great and it had every thing I needed. Easy check in and check out process and plenty of pillows to pick from.

Room was clean but dated. Hotel has been around for years and could use update but for my stay it was just fine. Quiet at night

Efficient staff easy route in and out of town

Clean room but exterior needed help. There was a constant smoke detector beep going off the entire time I was there that was not fixed. No “extras” offered like coffeeor snacks.
