The Laburnum Retreat is strictly for 2 guests only. We do not accept any arrivals check in after 6:30 pm. One car park space per room is permitted. Strictly guests only no visitors. Hot tubs are in use between 10am and 10pm, any misuse or fake tan will be charged for. Communal BBQ on paddock, these can not be moved, if wishing to use please bring own coal, if weather is bad they are not in use. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Quiet hours are between 10:00:00 and 07:00:00.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

The location was stunning. Beautiful, quiet little get away nestled in some woodland.

Very late check in with lots of rules that made it feel less of a relaxed holiday.

We loved the location, and the cosines of the hut. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. We felt relaxed and being at this hut was exactly what we needed, can't wait to book again.

The bed for us was slightly uncomfortable but it won't put us off staying again.
